Sprint Meeting:
-Meet Everyday
-Standing Meeting
-SCRUMMaster asks 3 questions:
-What did you do yesterday?
-What are you going to do today?
– Do you have any problems? (SCRUM Masters says how he is going to fix it)How to make Scrum work?
-Good people and common sense
-DO NOT EXTEND THE SPRINT PERIOD

Management:
